Meet some of our hardest working employees. Around here we don’t just rely on skilled hands- we rely on precision powerhouses. Affectionately known as HAAS 1, HAAS 2, and HAAS 4, our high speed milling machines are some of the most dependable “team members” in the shop. They don’t take breaks and they don’t miss a tolerance.

HAAS 3-The Big Dog on the Floor
Every shop has that one employee who can handle the bigger workload without breaking a sweat. For us, that’s HAAS 3. Our VF-4SS is a step up in size and capablity-built for high production runs, larger parts, and tighter timelines. With a 12,000 RPM spindle, lightning fast tool changes, and high speed rapids on every axis, HAAS 3 doesn’t just keep up-it leads.
ST-20Y Lathe
While our HAAS mills handle the shaping, our ST-20Y turning center handles the balance, symmetry, and rotational perfection. This machine was built for performance, larger bar capacity, increased Z-axis travel, 4000RPM power, and 20 hp of cutting strength. It is designed for high-volume environments where reliability isn’t optional-it’s required. When parts need to be round, concentric, and flawless, this is the machine that delivers.
Emerald High Precision CMM
Our CMM is quite the perfectionist of the shop floor. It verifies dimensions down to microns, confirms tolerances, and ensures every component meets the standard before it reaches the customer.
